For Sale - Click images or names to view pedigree, larger photo and detailed information. For our customer's convenience, we accept payments thru PayPal. This means you can pay securely using with a bank account, debit card, or even credit cards. Any buyer that uses PayPal will be responsible for the charges incurred. If you need assistance, email us and we'll be glad to explain and/or help in any way! WQ HORSES POLICY FOR SALES: We normally require 15% down to reserve a foal or horse. The Deposit percentage may decrease with multiple horse purchases. Once a deposit is received, the horse will be considered reserved and listed as "Sale Pending". A 100% refund is given if the horse is permanently injured or dies before pick-up. A refund WILL NOT be given if the buyer backs out of the sale. After weaning of a foal, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the horse, including injury and/or death. No horse may leave our possession without being paid for in full at least one (1) week prior to ship date. If the buyer does not take possession of the horse 30 days after ready date, the deposit is forfeited and the contract for purchase will be deemed void. We reserve the right to refund a deposit fee if we feel it is in the best interest of the horse. We welcome Vet inspections / pre-purchase exams. However, they are the responsibility of the buyer. If a Buyer wants to use credit / debit cards, or PayPal, the Buyer will be responsible for all fees associated with the transaction.
